We are honoured and proud to develop and launch Generation 2 of Cell Broadcast messaging for all Nation’s Governments to fulfill their obligation of protecting their citizens.

UPSEN

The Universal Public Service Emergency Notification

From the same team that brought Version 1.0 of Cell Broadcast to the world

CellCast’s proposal to design and build the next generation of Public Warning was accepted and approved by the Cellular Emergency Alert Service Association (CEASa)

Use of the Next Generation of pre and post event public notification was awarded exclusively world wide to the Not for Profit alliance of Nations, Mobile Network Operators, Vendors, Information Societies and all citizens of the World.

All participants join One World Mobile Alliance for minimal annual registration fees.

CellCast IT

Cellular Broadcast (CB) technology is a multicast capability of channel spectrum defined in all generations of Commercial Mobile standards.

Commercialization of control channel mobile multicast traffic requires an operating system and marketing method that can leverage the Point-to-Multipoint Passive Broadcast Syndication of data to unlimited scale of terminal devices in targeted cell sights.

Functional reality that mobile multicast syndication services can only be provided by the mobile operator networks. The system and method to facilitate the generation of revenue-driven multicast traffic developed by the CEASA Advances Emergency Communications Working Group embraces a second-generation data management system powered by a Mobile Multicast Enabling Pull-Data Portal that allows mobile network operators to offer clients an economical solution for passive syndication of M2M data and messaging content. The use of the pull-portal’s data scan technology eliminates the Gen-One client-dedicated aggregation and authentication middleware. No data leaves the originating servers, allowing the forwarding portal to serve multiple clients while maintaining full sovereignty and control of their data. It also allows amortizing of the multicast enabling technology and operating costs by multiple clients and mobile operators to provide point-to-multipoint data distribution with no network investments. The single access portal model also provide an essential marketing advantage by maximizing returns through the elimination of network competition which has historically diluted mobile services profit margins.
